Your purchase is subject to applicable laws including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any condition, warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy implied by law that cannot be excluded. This includes guarantees that Products will:

• be of acceptable quality
• be fit for their intended purpose
• correspond with their description

All prices for Products and Services are as quoted or displayed at the time of your enquiry or order. We reserve the right to vary pricing prior to order acceptance, particularly where:

• site conditions differ from those initially advised
• measurements or specifications change
• additional labour, materials, or customisation is required

Unless otherwise stated:

• all prices are in Australian dollars
• all prices include GST

In addition to quoted pricing, you may be required to pay installation fees, delivery charges or additional costs for remote locations or difficult access.

Where additional charges apply, we will notify you prior to proceeding.

An order submitted by you constitutes an offer to purchase Products and Services at the quoted price.

We may accept or reject any order at our discretion, including (without limitation):

• where Products are unavailable
• where there are errors in pricing or specifications
• where site conditions are unsuitable

Once accepted:

• each order forms a separate binding agreement
• custom manufacturing may commence

You warrant that all information provided by you (including measurements and specifications) is complete, true, and accurate. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

You acknowledge that many of our Products are custom-manufactured specifically for your property.

Accordingly:

• orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced
• Products cannot be returned due to change of mind
• variations in colour, finish, or design may occur

You accept responsibility for confirming all measurements and specifications prior to production.

Payment must be made using approved methods, including bank transfer or card payment.

We may require:

• a deposit prior to manufacturing
• full payment prior to or upon installation

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or delay orders where payment is not received
• request additional verification where required

Products will not be delivered or installed until payment obligations are met.

Where installation is included:

• installation dates are estimates only and not guaranteed
• you must provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to the site
• you must ensure the site is ready for installation

Additional charges may apply where:

• access is restricted or unsafe
• installation is delayed due to site conditions
• additional labour or materials are required

We reserve the right to postpone installation where conditions pose a safety risk.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

You acknowledge that:

• delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply, or weather conditions
• delivery dates are not guaranteed

Risk and title in the Products pass to you upon delivery or completion of installation.

We rely on suppliers and manufacturers for materials and components. Accordingly:

• Products may be unavailable from time to time
• we may withdraw or suspend Products without notice

We are not liable for any loss arising from unavailability of Products.

We may cancel an order at any time before delivery where:

• products cannot be supplied
• an error has occurred in pricing or description
• events beyond our control prevent fulfillment

You may request cancellation only if manufacturing has not commenced.

Where payment has been made and an order is cancelled, we will refund any applicable amount.

You acknowledge that delays may occur due to:

• supplier or manufacturing issues
• weather conditions
• high demand periods
• events beyond our control

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from delays in delivery or installation.

You must inspect Products upon delivery or installation.

If Products are:

• damaged
• faulty
• not as ordered

you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

We provide warranties on Products and workmanship as specified at the time of purchase.

Warranties do not cover:

• misuse or neglect
• accidental or external damage
• unauthorised modifications
• failure to maintain Products

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• loss of profit, revenue, or business
• indirect or consequential loss
• costs of replacement or alternative goods

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund as required under applicable law.

We do not guarantee that our website or ordering systems will always be available or error-free.

You are responsible for ensuring that your systems are protected against viruses or malicious interference.

We are not liable for loss arising from:

• website interruptions
• failed or delayed submissions
• technical errors

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
