Return & Refunds

You should inspect all products immediately upon delivery or installation to ensure that:

• the products supplied match your order; and
• the products are free from damage or defects

If you believe any product is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

If any product is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as ordered:

• you must contact us promptly via our website or contact details
• you must provide proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt)
• we may request photographs or further details to assess the issue

Where required, you may be asked to return the product. In such cases:

• all original components and accessories must be included
• you should use original packaging where possible to prevent further damage

Please note that damage to external packaging alone does not constitute a valid claim, as packaging is designed to protect the product during transit.

As many of our products are custom-manufactured to your specifications:

• returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind
• orders cannot be returned due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer

However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

Where you are entitled to a refund in accordance with this Policy or the Australian Consumer Law:

• we aim to initiate the refund within 2 business days
• the time taken for funds to be received will depend on your financial institution

Where a refund relates to only part of an order, any applicable delivery charge will be adjusted proportionately.

Where a product does not meet consumer guarantees, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• repair of the product
• replacement of the product
• refund of the purchase price

The remedy provided will be determined in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, Elite Roller Shutters is not liable for:

• delays in processing refunds caused by financial institutions
• indirect or consequential losses arising from faulty or delayed products
